Cardiff vs Wolves Betting Tips
Here are our predictions for Friday's game for which we also have a range of other markets available:
Many were expecting Cardiff to make an immediate return to the Championship but with only four points separating the bottom eight, they remain in with a chance of avoiding relegation in what looks to be an open race.
As for Wolves, they were outplayed on Sunday when two goals from Aaron Mooy gave the Terriers a deserved 2-0 win at Molineux, a defeat which means Wolves have taken just one point from a possible 15.
Strangely, Wolves also failed to find the net against Watford and Brighton during their current winless spell yet managed to score a combined three goals against Arsenal and Tottenham, and that sequence means we like the look of Cardiff to win or draw in the double chance market at Premier League betting odds of 7/10.
The Bluebirds are starting to show positive form at home but not enough to get on board the 11/4 for a home win.

First goalscorer tips
Raul Jimenez was just 1.8cm away from scoring his fourth goal of the season against Huddersfield and we fancy him in the first goalscorer odds at 9/2.
The Mexican's header was cleared by Philip Billing with Hawk-eye showing that the whole of the ball had not crossed the line, but we think he'll have more luck on his side on Friday night.
Anytime goalscorer tips
Callum Paterson looks well priced at 11/4 as an anytime goalscorer following a run of three goals in five Premier League games.
The former Hearts player has been handed a striker role by Neil Warnock and with two goals in his last three starts at home could be on target again.
Where the game will be won or lost
Cardiff have started a worrying trend of conceding early goals, going behind inside 11 minutes in four of their last six matches.
However, they bounced back to go in at the break level against both Fulham and Brighton which means they have been drawing at half-time in six of their seven home games.
Wolves are also a team rarely ahead at the break with 10 of their 12 goals this season coming in the second half, giving them little chance to be in front inside the first 45 minutes.
Putting it all together the next of our Cardiff vs Wolves predictions is for the first half to be drawn at evens.
Finally, we're going to take a punt on Cardiff winning from behind at 14/1 just as they did against Fulham and Brighton, who admittedly played more than half the game with just 10 men.
Feature match previews for this weekend
If you're interested in tips on our feature Premier League matches this weekend, check out our in-depth previews below:
Josh Murphy is expected to return to the Cardiff starting line-up after being dropped to the bench at Everton last weekend. Manager Neil Warnock has some late decisions to make as he has "two or three niggles" in camp and Kenneth Zohore is still struggling with a calf injury.
Wolves remain without Jonny Otto as the wing-back continues his recovery from the knee injury he sustained while playing for Spain during this month's international break.
Traders' Tips - View from the trading floor
Wolves got off to a great start this season but have had a couple of dodgy results lately which have seen them slip into the lower half of the table. They can get back on track by beating a Cardiff team that have had some encouraging results at home against mediocre sides.
