Europa League betting tips: Valencia to ease through in 16/1 four-fold

A busy week of European football continues on Thursday night when the second legs of the Europa League quarter-finals take place.

We enjoyed a 19/1 winner with our Champions League tips this week and are now hoping to repeat that success with our Europa League predictions.

Arsenal and Chelsea continue to fly the flag for the Premier League and are leading after their first legs while there is guaranteed to be one Spanish club in the last four.

We have studied the Europa League odds to produce our predictions for each tie which combined make a football acca at odds of more than 16/1 which qualifies for a 7.5% bonus thanks to the BetStars acca bonus offer.

Europa League Betting Tips

Here are our Europa League predictions for Thursday:

And if you're feeling lucky, combining all our Europa League tips into a 4 fold will pay more than 16/1.

This week's best Europa League bets

Chelsea vs Slavia Prague

Chelsea made hard work of winning the first leg in the Czech capital, eventually making the breakthrough thanks to Marcos Alonso's late header.

Maurizio Sarri's team selection suggested he had one eye on the Liverpool game but we expect the Blues to ease through at Stamford Bridge, where they have won all five Europa League games this season by an aggregate score of 14-1.

Slavia Prague have had mixed results on their travels so Chelsea to win by more than one goal is the first of our Europa League betting tips.

Europa League previews

If you're interested in more tips on this week's matches, check out our in-depth previews below:

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Benfica

Eintracht Frankfurt were reduced to 10 men after just 21 minutes of the first leg so it is to their credit that they still have a chance to qualify, although a 4-2 defeat in Lisbon means they are the 2/1 underdogs to qualify.

Their best hope of doing so is to keep a clean sheet but that is something they have failed to do at home against any team currently in the top half of the Bundesliga.

Benfica are in fine form in front of goal so another thriller could be on the cards and although we're not convinced they will do enough to get through, we'll take Europa League odds of 43/20 for a home win and both teams to score in the second leg.

Napoli vs Arsenal

A clean sheet in Italy would guarantee Arsenal's progress after a 2-0 win in the first leg but Monday night's 1-0 win at Watford was their first on their travels in the Premier League this season.

They have had more success in the Europa League but against limited opposition and it is hard to see them keeping out a Napoli team who are chasing goals to keep the tie alive.

Napoli have no hope of catching Juventus but are almost certain to secure a Champions League place so can focus all their efforts on this match.

Arsenal, though, have the quality up front to grab a crucial away goal so both teams to score looks a solid selection.

Valencia vs Villarreal

We tipped a draw in the first leg and looked set for a winner until injury time when Valencia scored twice to snatch a 3-1 win against their local rivals.

Both sides were awarded penalties in a pulsating first half, with former Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla cancelling out Goncalo Guedes' opener for Valencia.

Late goals from Daniel Wass and Guedes again have left 12/1 underdogs Villarreal facing an uphill task at the Mestalla, where Valencia have only lost one game in La Liga this season.

Villarreal lost 3-0 here in January and another home win at 3/4 is added to our Europa League predictions.
