Unai Emery deployed a second-string side for Thursday's Europa League match against Qarabag but the Gunners still proved good enough to secure a 3-0 win against the Azerbaijan champions.

Fulham are starting to find life hard in the Premier League and last weekend's 3-0 defeat at Everton means they are one place above the relegation zone seven games into the season.

Fulham vs Arsenal Betting Tips

Here are our best tips for Sunday's match and we also have a range of other markets available:

The lowdown

Fulham have been praised for the way they have attacked opponents upon their return to the Premier League but it is in defence where their problems lie.

No team have conceded more goals than the Cottagers this season (16) and they prop up the expected goals table for chances allowed at a woefully high average of 2.50xG per game.

Those sort of numbers are not sustainable if Fulham hope to spend a second season in the Premier League and until matters improve they are likely to be back in the Championship.

Despite Aleksandar Mitrovic's five goals, the Cottagers have won just once and conceded three goals against top-six sides Tottenham and Manchester City.

That does not bode well for Sunday's noon showdown, so the first of our free EPL predictions is for Arsenal to win and over 2.5 goals at 21/20.

Five of Fulham's seven matches have produced three goals or more and their defence remains a liability.

First goalscorer tips

Arsenal have spread their goals throughout the team this season with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Danny Welbeck the main men in front of goal.

Welbeck started the game in Baku so is unlikely to be in the XI at Craven Cottage where we fancy Lacazette to break the deadlock at 7/2. Aubameyang has been ill recently and may not be feeling 100%, so Lacazette seems the likeliest candidate to score first.

Anytime goalscorer tips

Arsenal's defenders like to contribute to the goal tally, no-one more so than Nacho Monreal who scored five goals last season and grabbed the equaliser in the 3-1 win against West Ham.

The Gunners can carve out chances from anywhere but the graphic shows many of them are concentrated in the left side of the area, a position where the Frenchman pops up frequently to score the bulk of his goals. Monreal looks a decent shout at 5/1 to continue his scoring streak.

Where the game will be won or lost

Fulham may need to rein in their attacking instincts if they are to get a result against an Arsenal side that are on a roll having started the season with two defeats followed by five successive victories.

As well as the north Londoners have been performing they have been drawing at half-time in their last six matches so Draw HT/Arsenal FT looks a solid bet at 37/10 as the second of our free Premier League predictions.

The Cottagers were level at the break in Saturday's defeat by Everton before capitulating in the second half so more of the same is required.

The last of our Fulham vs Arsenal predictions is the Gunners to win by one goal at 29/10.

Arsenal have won both of their away games by one goal and Fulham will certainly get chances on Sunday.

Team news

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery is likely to make wholesale changes having made nine alterations on Thursday and will be hoping to have Aubameyang back from illness - while Aaron Ramsey could feature as he waits for his wife to give birth. Petr Cech (hamstring), Ainsley Maitland-Niles (leg), Laurent Koscielny (Achilles) and Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin) are missing but Henrikh Mkhitaryan is back in the squad after missing the trip to Azerbaijan.

Fulham defenders Joe Bryan (hamstring) and Timothy Fosu-Mensah (shoulder) have been ruled out and join midfielder Neeskens Kebano (ankle) on the sidelines. Defender Alfie Mawson is in contention to return following a back injury.

Traders' Tips - View from the trading floor

Aleksandar Mitrovic already has five goals to his name for a struggling Fulham side and looks good value to open the scoring at 6/1.
