Liverpool vs Norwich Betting Tips
Here are our best tips for Friday's match for which we also have a range of other markets available:
Liverpool hardly set the world alight during pre-season which brought just one win from their five high-profile matches, a 3-1 victory over Lyon.
Jurgen Klopp's side then lost a penalty shoot-out to Manchester City in Sunday's Community Shield but the good news is that all of their players on international duty over the summer are back, including Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino, Alisson and Sadio Mane.
Liverpool have kept faith with their squad from last season, although they replaced Brugge-bound goalkeeper Simon Mignolet with Adrian who had been released by West Ham over the summer.
Norwich have largely stuck with the squad that won last year's Championship although they have brought in a few players such as Sam Byram from West Ham, Switzerland striker Josip Drmic from Borussia Monchengladbach and Patrick Roberts on loan from Manchester City.
Liverpool are 21/20 to win and under 3.5 goals but the first of our Liverpool vs Norwich predictions for Friday's match takes advantage of an Odds Boost on either a 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 home win at 8/5.
The Merseysiders started last season with a 4-0 win against West Ham at Anfield, but we suspect the Canaries can keep the score down despite a 4-1 pre-season defeat by Champions League qualifiers Atalanta.

First goalscorer tips
Salah opened the scoring on the opening day last season but the Egyptian has only just returned from his exploits at the African Cup of Nations along with Mane.
Both players topped the Premier League goalscoring charts with Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, but we prefer to look elsewhere for our first goalscorer tips and think Georginio Wijnaldum smacks of value at 10/1 to break the deadlock.
The Dutch midfielder scored five goals last season, including that double against Barcelona, and also weighed in with three goals for Holland.
Anytime goalscorer tips
Three Liverpool players are odds-on in the anytime goalscorer market and Firmino is evens, but bigger prices can be found outside the big three and Divock Origi.
Andrew Robertson did not score at all for his club last season with his only goal coming in the final game of the 2017-18 campaign, although he has scored twice for Scotland since then.
The left-back does get chances and although his main role is to supply the front men, this could be the kind of game where he gets on the end of a cross, so take the 7/1 in the anytime goalscorer odds.

Where the game will be won or lost
Liverpool are not expected to be given too many problems by Norwich so it looks like a case of how long the visitors can hold out in a tough Premier League baptism.
However, the Reds' big guns have only recently returned to training and although Salah, Firmino and Alisson all started at Wembley it will take a few weeks before they are back up to speed.
💬 "It was a good performance, without any doubt. It was quite important for me that we ended today pretty confidently and greedy to get a good result." #ncfc-- Norwich City FC (@NorwichCityFC) August 3, 2019
The Boss reflects on today's victory ⬇️
Xherdan Shaqiri and Naby Keita have just recovered from injury so perhaps this is the best time for the Canaries to be facing last year's runners-up.
With that in mind, Draw HT/Liverpool FT at 29/10 is the next of our Liverpool vs Norwich betting tips.
Everton, Manchester United and Chelsea all held the Reds at the break before succumbing in the second half last season but Liverpool's poor results in pre-season, brought about by the absence of some of their key players, means Norwich could keep them at bay for the first 45 minutes.
Related to this tip, we're picking the first goal to be scored between 41-50 minutes at 7/1.
Only Manchester City scored more goals than Liverpool during that 10-minute spell last season and if Norwich can keep it tight at half-time, a dressing-room rollicking from Klopp might spark the Reds into life after the break.
Sadio Mane is fit and available for Liverpool after missing last weekend's Community Shield. He only returned from an extended break on Monday, but has trained with his team-mates this week.
James Milner has also been training after sitting out last weekend's Wembley contest with a minor muscular complaint.
Norwich boss Daniel Farke will be without experienced centre-back Timm Klose, who has not recovered fully from a hip problem.
Fellow defender Christoph Zimmermann has also been ruled out with a knee problem while midfield pair Alex Tettey and Louis Thompson are also expected to be absent.
