Burnley face an uphill task to reach the Europa League group stages following a 3-1 reverse in Greece, where they finished the game with 10 men.
The Clarets are struggling to juggle their European adventure with their Premier League schedule and are yet to taste victory in 90 minutes this season.
Olympiacos have won all four matches this term, three of them at home, and opened their domestic campaign with a 1-0 victory over Levadiakos.
Burnley vs Olympiacos Betting Tips
Here are our best tips for the match and we also have a range of other markets available:
Burnley had Ben Gibson sent off as their European adventure suffered a major setback with a 3-1 defeat in the first leg.
After Chris Wood's 33rd-minute penalty cancelled out a free-kick from the hosts' captain Kostas Fortounis, Olympiacos regained the lead through an Andreas Bouchalakis header in the 49th minute.
Fortounis then converted a penalty of his own on the hour mark to extend the Greek side's advantage.
That spot-kick had been given for a handball by Gibson, who was shown a second yellow card - having also been booked for giving away the free-kick that led to Bouchalakis' goal.
Sam Vokes thought he had netted another away goal in the closing stages but after he bundled the ball over the line the flag was raised for offside.
It leaves Burnley with a mountain to climb and having drawn their first two European games - before seeing off Aberdeen and Istanbul Buyuk in extra-time - the smart money is on another draw at 43/20 to begin our football predictions, something the Greeks will be more than happy with.
First goalscorer tips
Having levelled from the penalty spot in the first leg, Wood took his European tally to two having also scored the opener in the 3-1 win over Aberdeen in the second qualifying round.
The striker has been withdrawn midway through the second half in all three Premier League games this season with Europe in mind and can give Burnley hope of overturning their two-goal deficit by scoring first here at odds of 10/3.
Anytime goalscorer tips
Lazaros Christodoulopoulos has netted five of Olympiacos' 11 goals this season, with four of them coming in this competition. The Greece international, a summer signing from AEK Athens, netted twice in each leg as Swiss side Lucerne were swatted aside 7-1 on aggregate in the previous round.
He also grabbed the only goal in the 62nd minute to help his side begin their domestic campaign with victory over Levadiakos on Sunday and is 3/1 to score at anytime.
Where the game will be won or lost
Burnley boss Sean Dyche has admitted their Europa League exertions are taking their toll.
The Clarets suffered a 4-2 defeat at Fulham on Sunday - their eighth competitive fixture this season - to leave them winless in the Premier League.
Worryingly for Dyche, his team have leaked 10 goals in their last three matches, in stark contrast to last season when they had one of the best defences in the top flight.
Dyche said: "We are stretched at the moment, as everyone knows. These are the complications of life at Burnley sometimes. We are skinny on numbers at the minute to take on the two competitions."
That problem is about to end, though, leaving Dyche and his players to focus on transforming their league fortunes as we feel the two-goal cushion will be too much for them to overturn.
While the Clarets will typically prove a tough nut to crack, especially in front of a full Turf Moor, the Greeks are dangerous going forward and are fancied to score.
With that in mind, the second of our free football tips is for both teams to score at 17/20 with a 1-1 draw at 11/2 completing our Burnley v Olympiacos predictions.
