Account verification - Failed verification

If you have failed the age verification, send us the following documents so we can manually verify your account:

  • The front and back of a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license).
  • A utility bill issued in the last three months that shows your full name and complete mailing address (landline telephone, gas, electricity, internet bill, tax office documents, or bank statement).
