Cannot connect on Windows: Error 2/75 and 2/77

The error code you are receiving indicates that the security certificate is not valid or has expired. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check your system date/time (located on the Taskbar) to ensure the current date and year is set properly.
  2. If incorrect, double click on the time display on the bottom right of your screen and change the date on your computer to today's date.
  3. If these instructions fail, please reinstall our software.
