Changing password

To change your password, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to our website.
  2. Click on Account.
  3. Select Stars Account Details.
  4. Select Password.
  5. Type in your current password.
  6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  7. Click on Apply.

Desktop software

  1. Log in to our software.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Account Details click on Password.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  6. Click on Apply.

Mobile app

Our mobile app does not have a change password function, however, you can still reset your password to a new one by following these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on Forgot password and follow the steps to reset your password.
