Receiving and using Star Codes

There are two ways to get a Star Code:

  1. Public promotions: these are open to everyone and when they're offered you can find the Star Code on our website, in the Promotions section.
  2. Exclusive promotions: these are open to players who are selected by our Marketing Department according to certain promotional strategies.

If you are eligible for an exclusive Star Code offer, we will get in touch via email, SMS, or pop-up message.

To activate a Star Code once you have it, log into your Stars Account and follow these instructions:

  • Desktop: Go to Tools → Star Code.
  • Android: Open the app menu and select Settings & Tools → Account → Enter Star Code.
  • iOS: If you only have access to an iOS device, please contact our support team so they can provide you with a special link needed to use the Star Code.

Once the Star Code is entered, it should be approved within a few minutes.
