Update date of birth

You will be able to enter your date of birth in your Stars Account only if you have never registered a date of birth before.

If this applies in your case, log in to your account and from the main lobby screen select:

SettingsAccount DetailsDate of Birth

Enter your date of birth and then click Apply.

Keep in mind this can only be done from the computer version of our software.

To update a date of birth already registered in your account, we ask you to upload a copy of your government issued ID following the instructions below:

  1. Open the Contact Us form, located either on the right side of this screen (if you're on a computer) or by scrolling down (if you're on a mobile).
  2. When the form opens, enter your email, language and select the Account Security and Verification category and the Upload Documents sub-category.
  3. Select ATTACH A DOCUMENT to browse to the files on your computer and attach them.
  4. Please ensure you specify Change of DOB in the subject line, and that you include the reasons for your request in the body of the message.
