A clean reinstall of our iOS app (deleting all data including app cache)

Experiencing technical issues with our app that reinstalling alone does not resolve?

Clearing the app cache can help.

This process deletes the app and all its related data i.e. app cache, login details, preferences, and offline media content (as applicable).

Follow these simple steps from the Home screen of your device:

  1. Settings
  2. General
  3. iPhone/iPad storage
  4. Select our app
  5. Delete app
  6. Restart your device

The app has now been removed from your device. Go to the App Store, then download and install it again.
