Validate my credit/debit card

To validate your credit or debit card, you will need to provide clear copies of the following documents:

  • A valid government-issued ID card or passport (front and back).
  • Your most recent utility bill (phone, gas, water, etc.) showing your name, address, and statement date (the utility bill must not be older than 3 months)*.
  • The most recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) for your card showing your name, credit/debit card number (with only the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible), address and statement date.
  • The front of your credit/debit card.

* If you do not have access to a utility bill, a bank statement displaying your name and street address will suffice.

Note: We are not able to accept mobile phone screenshots.

Screenshots taken on a computer screen, where the screenshot contains all your information and the full URL of the web page, are accepted.
