NETELLER: Withdrawal instructions (Mobile devices)


To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

Depending on your registered country, a previous NETELLER deposit in the past 12 months may be required for this method to become available for withdrawals.

To request a withdrawal via NETELLER, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap on Cashier at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon and select Cashier.
    • PokerStars Next Gen app: Tap on Account and select Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and tap on Withdraw to proceed.
  5. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll be notified of the amount and the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  6. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, simply select NETELLER from the available options.
  7. If you have deposited with this method in the past 12 months, your NETELLER details will be pre-populated. Otherwise, enter your NETELLER Account ID and submit your request.

Your withdrawal request will be processed within 72 hours and the funds will be credited immediately upon approval.

Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: More → Logout
  • Android: Menu icon → Logout
  • PokerStars Next Gen app: Account icon → Logout

If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
