NETELLER: Withdrawal instructions

 

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.


Depending on your registered country, a previous NETELLER deposit in the past 12 months may be required for this method to become available for withdrawals.

To request a withdrawal via NETELLER, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account, go to the Cashier and select the Withdraw tab.
  2. You will see your available balance. Insert the withdrawal amount you wish to request and press the green arrow.
  3. In the next screen, you'll be notified if you have any pending automatic withdrawals and the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  4. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, or if there's a remaining amount, select NETELLER from the available payment methods and choose the green arrow.
  5. If you have deposited with this method in the past 12 months, your NETELLER details will be pre-populated. Otherwise, enter your NETELLER account details and submit your request.

Your withdrawal request will be processed within 72 hours, and the funds will be credited immediately upon approval.

Important:
If you're using our mobile app, always remember to properly log out before closing the app. If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
