Low system resources in Windows

The Low System Resources message box appears when your computer runs out of resources to allocate to our program. To avoid this problem in the future, keep a minimal amount of applications running while playing on our site if you're using an older machine. Also, restarting your computer before sitting down to play for a while will help to free up resources and should prevent this problem.

However, if you continue to have problems after following the previous steps, send us our software's log files. It's important that you send us these files as soon as you can, as they will be overwritten after 48 hours.

Load our software (logging in is not required to carry out this action), then in the lobby select:

Help → Log Files (include your Stars ID and any details related to the reason you are sending the log files) → SEND LOG FILES

This will automatically send the log files and your explanation to us.

Alternatively, you can save the log files as a ZIP file by choosing ZIP & SAVE. Your log files will then automatically be saved as a .zip file on your hard drive. To do this, open the lobby, then:

Help → Log Files → ZIP & SAVE

Save the file to your desktop (you may have to navigate to the desktop as the default location is the settings folder).

Send us the log files via our Contact Support form, which can be found as follows:

  1. Help & Support
  2. Contact Us
Desktop software

  2. Contact Support

Additionally, confirm if you're using any third-party tools while playing, e.g. Hold'em Manager, PokerTracker, etc.
