Age verification necessary for .UK Real Money transfers

To receive and send transfers, we need to verify your age, as part of our license requirements.

You can try to confirm your age via the Cashier

  1. Select Withdraw
  2. In the pop-up form, enter your information including your passport number and or driving license number

If you see a screen showing that the system has verified your age, you can close the Cashier. The sender of the transfer will then be able to request it again.

If the system fails to verify your age, you will need to send us a clear copy of your driving license, passport or other government-issued photo ID.
