Age verification necessary for .UK real money transfers

To receive and send transfers, we need to verify your age, as part of our license requirements.

To verify your age, go to Cashier → Withdraw. You will be asked to acknowledge the Player Fund Protection policy. You will also need to select your deposit limits.

If the system has verified your age, the restriction on real money transfers will be removed.

If the system fails to verify your age, we need to manually verify your details. To do that, send us a clear copy of any of the following:

  • A government-issued photo ID that includes the name, issue date, and date of birth (e.g. passport, driving license, military forces ID card, Pass/Citizen card, etc.)
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement, clearly showing your full name, current address, and statement date (no older than 3 months)
